Director of Project Management
Nick joined MADDPROJECT in 2020 as a development project manager, bringing 10 years of experience in design, construction, and development.
His design experience spans ground-up high-rise construction in Manhattan to smaller retrofit projects, while his development work includes large-scale master plans, multifamily and hotel conversions, property improvement plans, and new construction for branded hotels across the U.S.
At MADDPROJECT, Nick leads project execution, ensuring each project meets budgetary and quality standards through the implementation of institutional-quality management and reporting practices.
Nick received a Master of Engineering degree in structural engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from The College of New Jersey.
He is a registered structural engineer in New York.
