This foundation helps us identify opportunities, foresee challenges, and establish a clear path forward.

Get up to speed

We invest time immersing ourselves in each project, aligning our team with project demands, and integrating seamlessly with the existing project team. Typically, our experience and approach allow us to get up to speed within four weeks.

We maintain meticulously-updated anticipated cost reports and base all projects on clearly-defined and fairly-negotiated contracts in order to maintain team accountability. We promote transparency throughout the life of a project via open and constant communication, no-surprise fees, and consistent, up-to-date project reporting.

Our methods

Our process is structured to maintain clear, consistent communication with all team members. We hold weekly recurring meetings to review progress, address issues, and ensure alignment. In addition, we conduct regular site visits at least once a month. While each project has a dedicated point of contact, the entire MADDPROJECT team involved remains consistently updated.
