Antonia Botero

Antonia started MADDPROJECT in 2020, bringing nearly 20 years of design, construction, and development experience to the company.

Her development project management experience spans master-planned resort and entertainment-focused communities, ground-up construction, large-scale multifamily conversions in Manhattan, and both branded and independent hotel renovations across the U.S.

With her teams, she has managed over $1B in projects across 35 U.S. jurisdictions, including complex jurisdictions like the National Park Service, the Federal DOT, the NY/NJ Port Authority, and the MTA.

Antonia holds an M.S. in Urban Design from MIT and a B.Arch. from the University of Miami. She is a licensed architect in Florida, New York, and Utah and nationally certified by NCARB.
